Donald Venkatapen was admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales in 2006 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2001.

Prior to joining WAGENER & ASSOCIÉS, Donald VENKATAPEN practised for several years as a senior associate in a UK Magic-Circle law firm.

He specialises in Company Law, Insurance Law, Contract Law and Employment Law. He developed his level of expertise working within a number of international and Luxembourg law firms. He is also a member of the Luxembourg Bank Lawyers Association (ALJB) and of the Employment Law Specialists Association (ELSA).

He is a board member of the ELA (European Lawyers Association) and the ILG (International Lawyers Group)

He speaks French, English, German and Luxembourgish.
